I joined Instagram Business to continue my mission of helping entrepreneurs and small businesses make a greater impact in the world.

Building off my time at Shopify where I fell in love with solving problems for entrepreneurs, I am applying my experience in research and strategic product development to help shape the future of how Instagram supports businesses in growing, and connecting with their current and future audiences.

My work has focused on improvements in search and discovery of local businesses, and simplifying the business advertising experience.

Role

Strategic UX and Product Research

What I do

  • Conduct deep user research to help shape Instagram’s priorities for its investment in supporting businesses. We use this research and data to develop businesses cases and compelling stories to galvanize support for future strategic bets in the world of Instagram for Business.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, marketing, data science and product growth to develop and socialize highly informed and resourceful product and research plans.

  • Technical lead for User Experience research craft ensuring high bar of quality and impact.
